The Amanda Nadia Group works throughout New Jersey, and focuses their efforts working with home sellers, investors, builders and developers. Amanda has personally purchased and renovated several properties, and continues to hone in on her craft by investing in real estate education, utilizing cutting edge marketing technology, learning construction best practices, and understanding creative financing solutions. As a result, she is constantly educating her clients and connecting them with the right resources.
Meet Amanda
Amanda’s passion for real estate began at the age of 19 when she purchased her first investment property while attending college. As a marketing major and graduate of Montclair State University, she leveraged that experience & knowledge as the foundation for her real estate career.
In addition to real estate, Amanda has a passion for food, travel, and philanthropy. She is a board member of the nonprofit “Tableshare”, and helps host charity events and volunteer opportunities, both locally and internationally. Most recently, she traveled to Guatemala on a missions trip with several others to build homes in the Guatemala City Garbage Dump.
